ProBlogger Motivational Posters

Posted By Darren Rowse 11th of January 2006 ProBlogger Site News 15

I’ve just been having a bit of fun with the Flickr Motivator Toy.

Maybe I should get into the motivational poster business :-) (there’s a second one below the fold).

  1. Darren,

Are you aware that when you post pictures in a post that something isn’t formatting correctly and I have pages of white space to scroll down before seeing the image. This may be do to the widescreen resoloution I am running (1680×1050).This also happend in the past when you posted charts. It seems to only happen in IE and not Firefox. Just letting you know.

  2. I wouldn’t rush to change your day job if I were you :)

  3. It was announced in The Age today that Darren Rowse (Blog Writer squillionaire) will be doing an appearance, and signing his new line of motivational posters, at Fed Square today… :)

  4. Hehe, your upside down.

  5. Kevin – LOL! no one told me!

  6. no wonder im not making the big $$.. I need to shave my head ;)…

its kind of like the reverse of samson and delilah..

  7. i hope that bald thing is true…

  8. The bald thing *must* be true – that first photo is before Darren began blogging. Or maybe it’s because he changed the way he dresses… dress for success.

  9. LOL. That’s nice. Though, I like the 2nd picture better. (I hate outdated stuff ;| )

  10. OK, I’ll shave my head!

  11. Thanks for the first laugh of the day.

  12. Thanks Darren, I now have vertigo (sp?) because of the second poster! Could you loan me some money for treatment?

However, do you know what kind of money those posters make a year? I bet if you put some effort into it you could have a nice sideline business. (like you need more money)

  13. I played with that too a little while back. You can see what I cam eup with here:
