Beginner Blogger? Download this Free Report

If you’re a new blogger or one that’s been at it for a while but need a ‘boost’ you need to grab this free ‘Roadmap Report’ from the team at Become a Blogger – Yaro Starak and Gideon Shalwick.

Yaro is the guy behind the very successful BlogMastermind blog coaching and mentoring program and has been working with Gideon on this new resource. Together they’ve produced a great series of free videos for those starting out in blogging at Become a Blogger. These videos have been watched tens of thousands of times and have helped many bloggers.

In the new Roadmap to Become a Blogger reports there’s some great information. Much of it centers around the idea of the X-factor – techniques that can help you stand from the crowd out as a blogger.

update: for those of you who don’t like to read – Yaro and Gideon have just released an audio version of it to those who have signed up.

What does it cost you?

The Roadmap report and videos are all free.

There is a paid program being launched in a couple of days that extends the ideas in the report but having read the report a few days ago I think there’s value in there whether you signup for the full paid program or not.

The actual course will be priced at a very affordable level from what I hear and looks like being something that will fit with many ProBlogger readers – but you can get a taste for if you are interested in that with this report and videos.

Get 30-40% off BlogMastermind Courtesy of a Weak Australian Dollar (Until Monday)

Blog-Mastermind-1Regular readers of Problogger will know that I’m a big fan of Yaro Starak’s Blog Mastermind coaching program (you can read about it’s recent relaunch here and see six student reviews here).

This is just a short note to say that until next Monday you can get an unofficial discount of around 35% off the price of the course – simply because the Australian Dollar sucks at the moment!

Here’s why.

Yaro set up the price of Blog Mastermind in Australian dollars rather than US dollars (he’s an Aussie living in Canada). At the time he did this the exchange rate between the two currencies was almost dollar for dollar (the AU$ was slightly less).

Over the last couple of weeks the Australian dollar has quite simply taken a nose dive! Yesterday it hit $0.66 USD (as I write this it is 0.67)!

This means if you buy Blog Mastermind today you’re getting between 30-40% discount (depending upon what financial markets are doing at any given moment). Instead of $97 USD for the month it is actually around $65 USD.

This ends on Monday as Yaro is switching to charging in USD (and I can understand why – the Australian dollar is not a good one to be earning right now). He is also ending the month by month payment option for those who sign up after Monday.

Just 3 (Now 1) Days Left to Get My Bonus Offers with Blog Mastermind

There are 3 days left of my personal coaching bonuses for the Blog Mastermind Blog Mentoring program. UPDATE: My bonuses are now closed. You can still enroll for Blog Mastermind – but the bonuses that I mention below are no longer valid.

To recapBlog Mastermind is a fantastic blogger mentoring program with some great teaching from successful Blogger Yaro Starak and his team. BlogMastermind is a six month program which you can either sign up for month by month or for the full six months at once (at a discounted rate). I’ve written about my impressions of Blog Mastermind here and have also shared some student mini reviews here (I’m getting more positive emails about the course from readers every day or two).

For those who are still thinking about it – here’s what I’m offering for those who sign up here at ProBlogger:

  1. For all those who sign up whether it be for one month or six I’m putting you in the draw to win one of 3 ProBlogger books which I think would make a great accompanying text book for the course. I’ll draw this on 1 September.
  2. For each student who signs up for the full six month package I’m offering a free one on one hour long consultation with me to unpack what you’ve been learning in Blog Mastermind. You can use the hour in a variety of ways. Get full details of my personal hour coaching bonus offer here.

These offers run out at the end of August and I won’t be repeating them any time soon because I’m going to be very busy with the 1 hour coaching sessions that I already owe students who’ve signed up for the six month course (there are already 25 of these)!

To be eligible for these bonuses sign up through this Blog Mastermind link.

Whether you invest in BlogMastermind for a 1 month taster or the full 6 months to get my bonus coaching – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The feedback I continue to get from students is that they are finding the intentional training and personal interaction with other students an teachers refreshing, inspiring and an experience that is practically helping them to improve their blogs.

UPDATE: My bonuses are now closed. You can still enroll for Blog Mastermind – but the bonuses that I mention above are no longer valid.

BlogMastermind Blog Coaching – 6 Student Reviews

Blog-Mastermind-1It has been two weeks since the launch of the BlogMastermind blog mentoring program and today I thought I’d ask some of those that I referred to the program to review it for me. While I think it’s a great resource I wanted to give actual participants in the program the opportunity to have their say. Last week I emailed all of those that I’ve referred to BM and invited them to submit a short review.

What follows is the mini-reviews of those that responded. All have links, except one who preferred to remain anonymous. I’ve not edited or left out any responses and they’re in the order I received them – so I hope it gives some good insight.

Participant Reviews of BlogMastermind

“I thought that I knew something about blogging. Joining Blogmastermind has shown me I did know something . . . but little of it was useful. Blogmastermind is fantastic and I believe it will be worth every dollar—many times over.” – Mike Davenport

“The Blog Mastermind coaching course is a jewel. Yaro Starak has managed to couple solid content with a simple and masterful teaching style in an information packed course that’s moving me step-by-step in a strategic fashion toward my goals as a blogger.

The content alone would’ve made me happy. The icing on the cake is that Yaro’s sincere desire for students to succeed bleeds through in his presentations and business systems.

He’s built a sustainable, highly profitable business, and most importantly, is teaching me to do the same. I’m elated with the program–my success is assured.” – Valerie Love

====

“The first lesson received was on “Let’s Get Blogging” in which it contains a lot of blogging fundamentals. I get to know more on choosing a domain name all the way to setting up a blog. BlogMastermind provides very good video resources on how to optimize your blog’s setup such as the positioning of elements like opt in form. Audios on “Mastering your mindset” let me have a clearer goal in mind and fine tune my mindset with regards to blogging. BlogMastermind Forum is another channel in which I gain a lot of knowledge in both content and technical aspects.” – Wei Liang

“I’ve just recently signed up for Yaro’s Blog Mastermind course and have already gotten a lot of value from it.

I’m a financial advisor and personal finance blogger in Atlanta, GA, USA, and I was interested in getting some help/mentoring about how to be a more effective writer while building my audience.

A couple of immediate things I’ve gotten from the course is the need to have a multi-pronged approach — for marketing, monetizing, etc. All too often, I see bloggers who have Google Adsense plastered all over their blog, but don’t have any other monetization strategies working for them. Similarly, I see many bloggers in the personal finance niche constantly commenting on each other’s blogs which in my opinion just creates a big echo chamber. And I’ve been guilty of this myself.

While I don’t plan to attempt to monetize my blog at this time, I do want to build my audience and build a large email list. At Yaro’s suggestion, I’ve begun using AWeber for my email and continue to use Feedburner for RSS. Also, I’m beginning to look outside the Personal Finance blogosphere for other interesting sites (like yours) where I can network and build relationships.

Yes, it’s very early in Yaro’s course, but I’ve already received tremendous value and am eager to get more and more info from Yaro in the coming days and weeks.” – Russ Thornton

“I was tempted to join Blog Mastermind the first time it was offered but I procrastinated while reading the Blog Profits Blueprint. I realized after reading it there was lot’s I could learn and I saw Yaro was very truthful and helpful in his teachings. He never claimed to know everything but was willing to share what he had learned. He relied on others such as yourself, to add value to this course. I’m excited as I begin the lessons and I look forward to learning how to promote my blog and help others as I learn from Blog Mastermind.” – Patsy Stewart

“My first impressions are positive. I already have a WordPress.org blog up and running – but my site is ripe for improvement and I get the impression that as the lessons roll onwards, it’s going to be a steep learning curve. The members-only forum is filled with relevant FAQs and helpful fellow members, and I am already drawing upon this useful resource.” – anonymous

BlogMastermind Launches

Blog-Mastermind-1As this post goes live the doors at the BlogMastermind blog mentoring program are opening again for the first time in many months.

When he first launched BlogMastermind I was really impressed by what Yaro had put together. He didn’t just rely upon the fact that he earns a six figure income from blogging to draw numbers into his site – he put so much work into developing a teaching site that delivered students amazing value.

This has been confirmed to me many times over from the feedback that I regularly hear from students that enrolled last time around. It was so popular last time that Yaro closed the doors on the program so as to be able to give students the attention that they deserved and to stop it being overrun.

Please don’t be put off by the sales page (that has to be the longest one I’ve seen for quite some time – the video at the top is probably the best part) – Yaro’s training content is first rate.

You can get a great feel for the the type of content that Yaro offers students with some of the free videos and reports that he’s already released:

Those five links alone give bloggers some great insights into profitable blogging and will give you a taste for what BlogMastermind is all about and how Yaro teaches.

You’ll notice as you listen to Yaro teach that he’s not into hype, he declares on his sales page that this isn’t about getting rich quick, his lessons are clear and that he gives concrete strategies. I know from the numerous times that Yaro and I have met in person that he’s a genuine guy and just loves to help people learn how to blog.

As a result I’d highly recommend the program and hope that you enjoy the experience as much as I have in the time I’ve spent in BlogMastermind. You can sign up either on month by month basis (getting a taste in the first month) or get the full access to the program all at once for six months at a discounted rate.
