I think blog posts don’t have to be super-long. A post could be as simple as a photo with an inspirational quote or a YouTube video embedded with a quick caption underneath. It could be a short paragraph with a link to something you’ve written or an article someone else wrote that you found particularly interesting.

David Parsons – its certainly not a scientific – although perhaps could have been skewed in both directions as I’m sure there were votes from people without even having blogs who arrived from search engines too.

Nathan – I think there could be some truth in that – however I also think that bloggers can learn a lot through the production of a product of there own (as they can learn a lot form blogging out loud).

— Because their motive is material money based. So they can buy the same things that they don’t need, and were the reasons that they are in debt.

The ME-TOO Affiliates/bloggers just stealing information from other blogs and selling it.

Also – Blog AGGREGATORS – just rehash other blogs garbage.

I am a multi-millionaire, so it frees me to expand my passions on my sites.

As a consultant and interim manager, I actually sell myself via my blog. My blog, for me, is actually building a brand.

Although I may sell the odd e-book or affiliate link, the site is about differentiating myself from others.

However, I am looking to supplement my income with a workbook in April and develop more passive income streams.

It took ages to open, they lost the signatories paperwork, took a month to change the business name and when money started coming in via BACS they would not let me withdraw it until it had sat in the account, cleared for 4 days?

Yes, you are right. Now a days, many people advertise products from their own blogs, because their products get exposes to their regular readers.

So they get more conversion rates.

Well, i guess, even when you write your hobby-blog, there are so many option to monetize it in the web, you must be dumb not to earn some money with it. if you want to be some kind of special-blogger, you will not monetize your blog, cause you can do without that :-)
