I have given it a lot of thought. Unsolicited email are the biggest pain the the arse for everyone I know. Opt in is good if you have a following. The trick is to develop that following like PotPieGirl or Jon Leger…and of course Pro Blogger. When those email hit my desk, I read and consider their value proposition. Also a link to a quick 2 minute video is great for teasing your product. That is the way email marketing will not die. Thanks, Darren.
