Coming Soon – ProBlogger.COMmunity

Posted By Darren Rowse 17th of August 2009 ProBlogger Site News 0 Comments

A few readers have stumbled upon it by themselves and some of my followers on Twitter have heard about it too – but I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to put themselves in the first group of people to hear about a new development here at ProBlogger – ProBlogger.COMmunity

Yes I’m finally going to fully utilize the ProBlogger.com domain and it’s going to be all about Community. We’re still putting the final touches on it and are not ready to fully unveil it but we’ll be looking for a group of readers to preview it and help it get going before we go to a public launch. If you’re interested – head over to ProBlogger.com where there’s a signup form and leave your details. You’ll get details of how to participate in the next week once we’re ready to move into a beta phase.

Note – if you use a firefox ad blocker you’ll need to either turn it off or use another browser or you’ll not see the signup form.

  10. Just signed up, I am also happy to help with beta testing ;-) SY

  11. I forgot to ask, will it be free to join or will money be asked? I ask because I would like to alert my own readers to this, but I will not recommend a product they have to pay for without testing it first. When it is free, I see that less strict ;-) SY

  12. Hey Darren,

I am a regular follower of yours and have found a lot of your tips useful. I have found that most sites who have followed your concepts are minting money. Your blog site design with ads on the right side is seen now in every second website !

However, I have a new website I created to help “Non-Techie” guys who do not know much about coding but good at writing (as well as for existing bloggers) who would like to make more money by putting their ad sense code in my website.

I would love to hear your opinion on this concept as you are my guru…. and if you say na then I think I should be wasting time on it.

  13. Looking forward to it..I know it’s going to be great!

  14. all the best !!

  15. I am in! That’s it. Hey bloggers, you need to learn something form this. The future of blogging is not just about articles but forming communities, sharing ideas and then, publishing them for everyone’s expert view and then again editing them according to time.

    Darren, you are superb!

  16. Is it going to be a forum or what … cant figure it out yet … n cant w8 :)

  17. Looking forward!

  18. I am looking forward to get the access.

  22. Sounds interesting. Just signed up – looking forward to checking it out!

  23. That’s the beauty of securing your domain names, you’re able to expand your brand name when the time is right. I read a post by Daniel Scocco that there is an opportunity to lease out a domain name and find this very interesting, would be happy to know experience from a person doing it. Yesterday I activated adsense for domains on my parked domains and waiting to see if this will yield any results.

A smart move Darren on the use of your domain name, very innovative and I know you’ll be launching a worthy venture, all the best and continue inspiring us all over the world. One day, visit South Africa as well and spread your inspiration.

  24. Whoo-hoo!

Looking forward to seeing it launch! As with everything you do Darren, I’m sure it will be quality.

    Warmest,

    Jonathan
