I am looking forward this series. My blogs are six months old and are just starting to get some regular readers. Even though my readership is still very small, I am glad that my blog has expanded to others, outside my circle of friends. The tips and instructions I have received on Problogger have been very big help.

I’ve subscribed for around 4 months and, IIRC, have found about 3 posts of mild interest. How many times can you say the same thing different ways?5 tips this, 7 tips that – quite frankly, it’s bordering on becoming an insult to intelligence – hardly anything is new that wasn’t written 3 years ago already; and 95% of that is common sense.

I have a question. I came across a blog that had a number on each entry. I asked the blog owner how they did that, and she has not yet gotten back to me. I googled it & can’t find it either. I am asking because on the giveaways that I do it would be really nice to have the entries automatically numbered for me. Do you know how to go about doing that?
