Just 3 (Now 1) Days Left to Get My Bonus Offers with Blog Mastermind

Posted By Darren Rowse 29th of August 2008 ProBlogger Site News 0 Comments

There are 3 days left of my personal coaching bonuses for the Blog Mastermind Blog Mentoring program. UPDATE: My bonuses are now closed. You can still enroll for Blog Mastermind – but the bonuses that I mention below are no longer valid.

To recapBlog Mastermind is a fantastic blogger mentoring program with some great teaching from successful Blogger Yaro Starak and his team. BlogMastermind is a six month program which you can either sign up for month by month or for the full six months at once (at a discounted rate). I’ve written about my impressions of Blog Mastermind here and have also shared some student mini reviews here (I’m getting more positive emails about the course from readers every day or two).

For those who are still thinking about it – here’s what I’m offering for those who sign up here at ProBlogger:

  1. For all those who sign up whether it be for one month or six I’m putting you in the draw to win one of 3 ProBlogger books which I think would make a great accompanying text book for the course. I’ll draw this on 1 September.
  2. For each student who signs up for the full six month package I’m offering a free one on one hour long consultation with me to unpack what you’ve been learning in Blog Mastermind. You can use the hour in a variety of ways. Get full details of my personal hour coaching bonus offer here.

These offers run out at the end of August and I won’t be repeating them any time soon because I’m going to be very busy with the 1 hour coaching sessions that I already owe students who’ve signed up for the six month course (there are already 25 of these)!

To be eligible for these bonuses sign up through this Blog Mastermind link.

Whether you invest in BlogMastermind for a 1 month taster or the full 6 months to get my bonus coaching – I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The feedback I continue to get from students is that they are finding the intentional training and personal interaction with other students an teachers refreshing, inspiring and an experience that is practically helping them to improve their blogs.

UPDATE: My bonuses are now closed. You can still enroll for Blog Mastermind – but the bonuses that I mention above are no longer valid.

  1. 3 days! ! ! I guess I will pass this one up.

  2. I’ve heard alot about the Blog mastermind program. I think I’ll sign up.

  3. Dear Darren

During the last few month you recommended quite many pay-for services… Not that these services do not matter for bloggers, it just feels like this blog is becoming more and more a recommendation engine for commercial services…

It`s not like I think that you already sold your soul.. There are still many useful articles here (if not I wouldn`t be here). But there has definitely been a trend to “affiliate posts”.

Of course, you want to earn some money, I`m shure every reader here would do the same (thats why we read your blog). I`m just concernde that if this trend continues, this blog might lose some of it`s value, which is the FREE information about better blogging.

Do other readers think the same? I dont`t… (who knows… perhaps I`m wrong)

I just wanted to tell you this, since it`s what runs through my head every time I read one of these recommendation / PR articles (during the last few month)

  4. PS sorry for spelling, for some reason my spellchecker does not work

  5. Hi Darren,

Sorry about this, but it’s a bit off topic. Someone joined my ad network and tried to pass your domain as their own to be approved as a publishing site. I’m familiar with your site and disapproved it right away. Not sure why they’d do it though if they don’t have access to your site to display the ads. Just giving you a heads up on it.

    Regards,
    Kevin

  6. Kevin – could you email me via my contact form – would love to get to the bottom of that.

  7. Netizen – Yes I have had a few paid services on ProBlogger recently. It’s actually been something that I’ve grappled with a bit.

The frustrating and yet exciting thing for me is that there has been that in the last few months particularly there has been some amazing products released for bloggers. BlogMastermind is one of them.

I do try to keep this blog more about the tips and helpful articles than these types of promotions (I’d say the ratio is 1:15 – it varies a bit from week to week). I do appreciate the feedback – as I say – it is something I’m constantly monitoring.

  8. I may need to get the membership as bonus for something else.

  9. Netizen, your opinion is right to some extent.
But, I don’t think why a blogger should stick 100% with what his/her blog topic is about. He (the blogger), should be able to blog about other things (off-topic post) once in a while or whenever he feels he need a break from his day-to-day posts.

Let’s take a newspaper for example. Do you get only news in it?? Of course not. Whatever the quality of the newspaper, somewhere in a corner you will get a small piece of “stuff” that is non-news related, whether be it jokes, entertainment or adverts.

So, I don’t think why this should be different for ProBlogger, Darren Rowse!?

    Thanks!

Last day to vote is Friday, August 29 (mignight, US Time)

    Thanks in advance

  13. Hi Darren

Hmmm, there seems to be quite a few bloggers out there plugging the BlogMastermind book/course.

I also noticed that Darren’s link to BlogMastermind appears to be an affiliate link, which means he is getting money everytime someone signs up.

Is it possible that there is a tight knit circle of bloggers making all this money (which they claim you can too!) simply by plugging and cashing in on each others’ books?

Frankly, It seems a bit inbred and cronyish. Sorry no offense Darren, but one would have to be blinder than Stevie Wonder not to notice this revolving pattern/trend.

  16. 3 more days…this is exciting!

Hi — Just curious — I signed up through the link on Thursday and have been confirmed by Yaro or whomever; is there anything I should be waiting for from Darren also for the one-hour of coaching? (E-mail confirmation or whatever?)

  18. Joe Faia says: 09/05/2008 at 3:22 pm

    Hi Darren,

I know I’m a few days late but only found out about your offer recently from Yaro himself. Unfortunately I got to his email late and so here we are.
If you are willing to extend the same bonus to me, albeit late, I will order through your link and you will have won yourself a very happy future customer.

    Please let me know asap.

    Thanks,
    Joe

  19. Hi Darren,
