I think to be a successful blogger you have to be extremeley dedicated, self motivated, and well organised. At the start of every year I create a “blog plan” where I write my targets, aims and objectives for the next 12 months.

This motivates me and I have to say I’ve achieved all of my goals, but struggle with some of my targets.

Cheers for the many posts you do, you have certainly helped my blogging no end, with inspirational posts of your own.
