Weekend Wrap Up

ProBlogger Site News 9 comments

It was a busy weekend here at ProBlogger full of some great conversation as a result of the ‘weekend of discussion’ series of questions that I posted - so I thought I’d do a quick recap post:

If you’ve not had your say on any of the reader questions/debates for the weekend do have your say. I’m going to attempt to do a bit of a summary of the discussion with a few of my own thoughts on each later in the week.

  • Can’t wait to hear what you have to say about these items Darren.

    Thanks again.

  • Hi Darren,

    I followed you on twitter…

  • Had my say on some of them. A great weekends posting!
Off topic. There is a worthy event happening this week and its just for bloggers. In fact, it’s designed to harness the power of Blogosphere and Social Network members for a cause. Bloggers Unite for Human Rights, more details at my site…

  • Haven’t come round to reading them but I’ll do just that right now. But looking at the topics I’m sure there’ll be a whole lot to learn.

  • I’ve had my say.. the one that hit me the most was the keyword stuffing on comments. I still don’t think it’s right.

  • I’ve posted my bit on them, but I was interested to know what you had to say on them.

  • I thought many people left hurtful comments on the keyword issue - and there were many balanced comments also. (as a relative newbie who has been using a name made of keywords I felt hurt, anyway - maybe I’m just oversensitive)

I’d be interested to hear what you think, Darren. Is it “great conversation” when so many people stick the boots in? (I hope not.)

  • I had actually missed the “Keywords and Comments” post … read it then, some interesting responses but i must say i’m in the, Don’t agree with it team.

  • Thank you for compiling a summary of your topics. I shall make a point of reading and commenting on these issues. The significance of these issues makes them even more interesting as topics.
