AdSense Problems? - Check out the Known Issues Page
If you’re an AdSense publisher and are noticing problems with your account (like today when most publishers reports are showing stats that are much lower than normal) then you might want to bookmark the AdSense Known Issues page which is being used by AdSense to update publishers on the issues and problems that they are aware of and what they are doing about them.

Thank you for the link! It would be nice if that showed up in the AdSense panel also by itself! I was about to have a heart attack!

Yes, I noticed something weird in my account today as well. At first I was thinking it was just a really bad day for AdSense and a really good one for content usage. But when I checked my site stats, thing weren’t adding up. I just checked out the Issues page thanks Darren.

Yea, definitely thought something was going on today (and still is). My stats program in wordpress is reporting significantly higher traffic than AdSense and I was starting to worry. Did a little research and apparently things like this happen fairly regularly…or at least there is some delay in AdSense reporting sometimes. No big deal.

I got kicked out of adsense long ago
I want to build up a respectable blog which will have enough traffic to entice adsense to let me back into the game

I don’t normaly check my income from adsense daily unless I’m optimizing specificaly to improve adsense returns. Since you mentioned it though I checked into things and noticed exactly what you said - visits way down.
To my surprise however income is way up. I wish I could say more than that but there was a hicup of sorts today for sure… which is why I don’t check daily - it will drive you bonkers!

Thanks for posting this, Darren - I spent a large part of yesterday freaking out about why my adsense was only showing a tiny percentage of the usual page impressions/earnings until I finally managed to find out why. Wish I had known about this earlier!

Yes I noticed that. I’m receiving $0.02 per click and the only ads showing are: Public Service Ads by Google! How do I rid off of this service? :(

once again Daren thanks for being on top of this. I noticed my adsense was down but usage was up and your blog was the first place I turned. Low and behold you had an answer…
