These basics really help grow small- to medium-sized blogs rapidly. Even RSS-subscribe-to-comments only became available in the last month or so, and only if you jump through hoops. Painfully behind-the-times. I've tried "talking" to them, to tell them it's time to step up, but the red tape and lack of interest are amazing. Lots of smaller bloggers are heading for the WordPress hills in frustration.
