I got banned from Google adsense in my very early days as a blogger because I thought I could get away with clicking on my own ads.
I feel like such a dumbass sometime…all the revenue I am missing out on.
Is the any way to get your account with Adsense re-activated?

This is definitely a useful tool. It always strikes me as odd that every adsense user isn’t taking full advantage of the channels, but since there are plenty of people who don’t want to bother with channels, this is a great/easy alternative. Plus, being able to see the click counts from the interstitial page is a hot tool for those using channels as well.

I can only hope that these new features are a precursor to what’s coming with the Salesforce partnership. Of course, this is probably wishful thinking. I can only imagine the possibilities…

Even if you have your link units in their own channels (as I do), this new feature still provides something new to us. Namely, it now shows you how many clicks the unit got, but ALSO how many overall clicks the ads on the interstital / ad listing page got. So, for example, I can now see that a link unit got 100 clicks on one day, but that led to 200 clicks on the resulting ads.

This could be very useful for comparing different link units on different sites to see which get the most ads per click.

Nice improvement – I guess they are throwing us a bone after the somewhat controversial slide-scroll implementation. What kind of feedback are you hearing on those? Most people I have talked with haven’t seen much improvement, and a few are downright mad about the permanent scrolls.
