Hey Darren,

I have just recently started a blog, www.youngarchitect.net in an attempt to connect architects in an online community. I am hosting using worpress and I am using the Cutline theme as a template. I came across your site looking for ways to market my site and spruce it up for a large marketing campaign. I will be searching through you archives for content to help me in this process. If you, or any readers, have any particular links I should consider in particular, please send them my way!

Hi, I'm relatively new to blogging. I'm a systems engineer and have experience coding perl and PHP. I've just started my blog about a month ago - in hopes that I can pass on some tips and tricks, and then my own ramblings about miscellaneous stuff. I found your blog because I was trying to find ways to offset the cost of my hosting for my web server, and figured if I'm going to be writing articles, etc., I might as well see if I could also realize some profit through advertising.

My favorite category on my blog is for "Random Roy" - where I try to be funny. I guess only time will tell whether people will find me so.

Hey Darren, I have been reading for awhile but mostly lurking. I used your job board for a couple of blog gigs. Thanks and I look forward to learning more from you.

I write for Suite101, Globally Green Living, Parenting Under the Stars and Craft Gossip. I won't post all the links since it could be interpreted as spam.

Thanks for sharing all you do.

Darren, I've been subscribed for about a month, but I've known about your site for maybe 6 months. I initially resisted subscribing, because ... well, everyone else subscribes to your site (I have a habit of resisting things that are too popular). However, your content is just too good to ignore, so here I am.

I'm not sure exactly how I found out about ProBlogger - your brand is everywhere! Recently I've kept bumping into your name: other's referencing your work; our feeds being scraped together; ProBlogger in the number 1 spot on the top 100 Australian blog list (I'm at position 32).

As for my blog, it's supposed to be about web development, but mostly I write about WordPress and blogging. I also write WordPress plugins (3 released, more in the works) and I'm looking to start some new blogs in the near future.

Keep up the great work - I'm really learning a lot here! Thanks.

My name is Brock and I am currently a graduate student at the University of Virginia. I have a personnel blog (which I don't make money from) where I write about life experiences, movies, science, and other miscellaneous stuff. Of late, I have really wanted to decide on a narrower, more well defined focus for the blog, but I'm still working on that. I found ProBlogger not long ago (though I can't remember where) and have subscribed to it via RSS. Thanks for the huge amount of helpful content!

I've been blogging most of the last 5 years, but have never visited your site before. I learned of your site from Lisa SabinWison. By day I am a systems engineer for a defense contractor, and I blog about what amuses me and things political (which often is funny, too).

I am not new to ProBlogger, but there is one thing that I'd like to know. All of you guys, John Chow, Shoemoney, etc. write about Google AdSense as being the most basic and highest earning tool for bloggers, ever. But even then I've never seen a single AdSense ad on your blogs (except for one referral that you have at the bottom of your page). What's the secret?

Hi Darren, thank you for all your useful tips and information given here on problogger.net. I have been an avid subscriber for two months now (don't know if this still consider new), and have been actively blogging since August this year. This is my first time subscribing to post feeds, and the reason I subscribe to ProBlogger is because there is always valid useful and good qality contents here.

My blog is a personal blog about anything I think of writing and at the mean while I do write for paid post to earn me some extra pocket money on top of the full-time job that I have. It's quite hard to juggle having a full-time job and at the same time maintaining a good blog so that I could have good PR to get good opportunity for writing sponsored post.

I used to be over weary about getting good PR or how to get good PR for my blog, but with many good advised on ProBlogger that point me to the right direction on having a good quality content blog being the most important above all, I totall agree and changed my perspective on blogging. I have realised how much away I am from my initial intention of setting up my blog since I join the "money blogging" world... Thanks to you on ProBlogger who has now guide me to the right direction. I now try my very best to blog for good quality and meaningful post on my blog. Since then, I have gain some avid blog readers too!

Thank you very much!

Hi Darren,

I m new to problogger and I found you from technorati where I m an infrequent visitor. I m trying to be more frequent there to learn what others are doing and see how I can make my blog better.

I am a part time blogger and a full time IT professional working in California. My blog is titled Internet Business Junkie as I am a blogging beginner and a keen learner of internet business strategies how to monetize them.

Now that I have discovered you I see huge resources on this website and I am positive that I will get answers to most of my questions here.

thanks for the exhaustive information source.

Not hew at all, Darren, in my third year as a read every word subscriber, but just wanted to say thanks for this ... we all should do a post like this as things change and develop on our blogs and make a prominent link to it. I often reference ProBlogger on my blog and I often send friends with questions here. Just a month or so back I sent a fellow here and when I asked him next day if he understood what blogging was about any better he just rolled his eyes back and shook his head.

There's so much good stuff here, he was overwhelmed. From now on I'll refer beginners to this particular post.

hi, I'm Loy and have been reading Problogger since May. I find it very useful and resourceful especially to my blog. Though, I'm not a problogger yet, nor intend blogging full-time, I value my time and energy as a part-time blogger. In many ways, Darren Rowse has been an inspiration. Thanks, Darren!

I'm Jon from Tennessee. I go to school, studying Information Technology. I'm quite prolific at technology and I've always enjoyed writing, so I figured I'd put 2 and 2 together and start a blog. I just found this website and I'm quite impressed with the information I've found, good work and thanks!

Hi, I'm pretty new to blogging and reading blogs, less than 6 months. I went to a workshop with the author of What Color is Your Parachure. One of the participants has a great web site called job-hunt.org. She suggested I start a blog, and so I thought what the heck. I've been having a lot of fun blogging, and find the Internet much more interesting now that I have a blog reader. Your blog has helped me a lot in learning about blogging, and I will be utilizing your tips to continually improve my blog about living to your highest potential.
Thanks for the tips!

I’ve been having a lot of fun blogging, and find the Internet much more interesting now that I have a blog reader. Your blog has helped me a lot in learning about blogging, and I will be utilizing your tips to continually improve my blog about living to your highest potential.
Thanks for the tips!

I'm new to ProBlogger and I find it to be a great resource. I just started blogging a few months ago when I created <a href="http://www.moderncat.net" rel="nofollow">moderncat.net</a>, a blog about modern design specifically for cat owners--a very niche readership, that's for sure!

I found out about you from Danielle Friedland, publisher of <a href="http://www.celebrity-babies.com" rel="nofollow">Celebrity Baby Blog</a>. Danielle is great and she's a real inspiration for professional bloggers.

Thanks for all your terrific advice!

Thanks for the blog, Darren. I'm a freelance writer and novelist and have started/managed several blogging sites over the past two years (Families.com, AdoptionBlogs.com and LDSBlogs.com). I found ProBlogger when I was asked to manage the startup blogs at Families.com two years ago. I've been referring all of my pro bloggers to your blog ever since.

I've since stepped away from the management of blog networks in an effort to free more time for my own writing but continue to follow your blog. You provide an amazing resource for both bloggers and web content writers - THANK YOU!

Hi Darren! I've been "blogging" for quite some time (since 2004 actually) but after coming across your blog I've made great improvements to my site and watch my traffic increase. I also want to thank you for the helpful and extremely useful tips you shared from time to time which made me realize how to post into my blog correctly and more market-oriented articles.

Feel free to take a look at <a href="http://www.jimmakos.com" rel="nofollow">Jimmakos.com</a>

I discovered your livingroom blog in 2004 while I was doing a uni assignment on blogging.
My name is Matt and I have a giving blog called flip the bucket. I'm gradually plowing through your "Beginners" section at the moment and people seem to think I'm a pro, so thanks.
