Not because I don't like the site, but because I realized it's moreso a luck of the draw kinda thing when it comes to getting on the front page. I'd rather my readers submit something than me endlessly trying to promote myself there. I think I read a post on this site a while back that was about "focusing more on building a better blog"....its good advice.
