That is truly injustice, because there may be waiting much more important news waiting to be on the front page of digg, putting same people on the front page on the digg is discouraging.

you’re right Trent – my biggest days of traffic didn’t come from Digg or any other site but the day that one of my blogs was linked to from Yahoo’s front page. It was only for a few hours but it created such a massive burst of traffic that it scared me.

You have to start wondering when the various Blog advertisers will start grading Blog traffic and viability on DIGG front page hits versus Alexa.

It seems like nearly every article that sites like Lifehacker or Gizmodo publish gets dugg, and a good portion make it to the front page. Gawker Media must be doing something right.
