WordPress Releases Stats Plugin
Yesterday WordPress released a plugin to allow hosted WordPress.org bloggers to use their WordPress.com Stats system on their blogs.
I’ve not tested it but Muhammad Saleem’s reviewed it for you here.

Just picked up this feed and it’s exactly what I’m looking for. I’m a newbie just trying to get my head around wordpress.org after having been at wordpress .com, and that was one of the features I was missing. Look forward to giving it a test drive. Thanks for the tip.

A great alternative is GoStats for Wordpress. Here’s the link to the plug-in page: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gostats-for-wordpress/
(You will likely find that GoStats is a more mature and tested stats system for your blog)
