		<description>Those are all great points and sometimes they seem so simple that they are overlooked.  The opening I usually try to use the most is asking a question or sometimes the concept of invoking the mind&#039;s eye.

Lately I have been trying to close my posts with some questions or action items to try and encourage more interaction and feedback.  So I like how Brian closed that post.</description>
