    Darren, care to tell us why you removed your sites from Google Analytics and what you use instead?

    Patrick – I found it was slowing down my site (along with too many other javascripts).

    I also found it such a comprehensive program that I didn’t end up using it at all (it was quite slow running and just didn’t fit in my daily rhythm of looking at my stats).

    I now use sitemeter for quick daily stats, performancing’s metrics for more comprehensive reviewing and 103bees for analysis of search engine performance. Between them I tend to get everything I need.

    To be honest I don’t look at my stats anywhere near as much these days.
