I don't think it is a great move by google. It might be good for sites like problogger or for the problogger's audience but not for all. I have posted my thoughts here.

But they only accept site which have 100 000 page views only.

This would be a handy thing to be included with Wordpress, Joomla, Mambo and other CMS.
Not only would this make it easy to add/sign-up adsense to your site/blog,
but would also reward the developers via revenue sharing, especially since a lot of these developers (myself included) go unpaid for their work.
