I’d almost guarantee this capability will be added soon. Put an ad where the “Youtube” logo is and you might be on to something.

I agree that the landing page should also contain a video presentation.

I use YouTube & Google Videos embedded on my blog (it’s always good to have multimedia), and I’ve been surprised that they haven’t put ads somewhere on the videos or the source. For me and others that rely on both services for basically free content, it’s nice, but monetizing videos seems like the rational next step for a company like YouTube.
