ANZAC
Just a quick note to let readers know that today’s a public holiday here in Australia – it’s ANZAC day (the day we remember lives given in active service). We’ll be remembering it by going to the ANZAC day Australian Rules Football match at the ‘G’.

Thanks to their sacrifice this is a great country in which to live – we owe a huge debt to ordinary men and women who were and are prepared to be true heroes.
It’s a sobering thought that, not since the end of WW2 has the Australian Armed Forces been serving on active duty in so many different places.
