Thanks for leading me to it. I can't tell you how many times I've counseled people to follow item 9 on the list about writing for your visitors and not search engines. The funny thing about it is if you simply write a focused page that's about something you'll not only make your visitors happy, but you'll do well in search engines. A number of posts on my blog rank well even though I never really considered search engines while writing them. I just made sure they stayed on topic. Great article Darren.
