I get a few clicks a day on my website. At first my adsense report showed a couple of cents for these clicks and as I approached $100 they were all reset to $0.00, google said they were invalid clicks (but they weren’t), not happy : (

hello,

i had my adsense account disabled after in valid clicks, but i wrote back to them and stated my case, and they gave me my account back after a few days.

i guess its different for some people? I’m sorry for your ‘loss’, I was very upset when I lost my adsense account, but i also found adbrite, which is actually very good for me, you can try that.

That is one of the things I have noticed no reasons from them to just stop your account.I have also notice clicks with no money and when I asked them all they would say is that there system deemed it a invalid click.Since I would never click on one of my own Adsense ads I wonder how they determined it was invalid,amazing.I also thougt the payouts for clicks were suppose to be 5 cents or more and I have had clicks that were 1 cent can’t make any money that way.

Jens – You are not the first one to be treated like this. I know a couple of guys who were hit by the same problem. The bad thing is that there is nothing that you can do about it except for starting a new site with a new account on google adsense (if you still want to deal with them).

We are still waiting on getting our Adsense account approved. When you are in stealth mode and don’t have the site live, it is not possible to get an account… now that we are live, hopefully that changes things! :)

I would be interested to hear about publishers experience with Adbrite if anyone is willing to share?

Andy – I actually wrote this to The Adsense Team. I suggested several things could have happened and asked them if it was possible. The only answer I received was that …due to the proprietary nature of their algorithm blah blah blah…. they could not disclose any details.

They wouldn´t listen to me, no matter what I said, and they never warned me or nothing, just disabled my account.

Jens – Maybe you did nothing wrong. But think about it for a minute! Did you upset anyone lately? This is one problem that I think about every day: what if someone who wants to do me wrong starts clicking like crazy on my google ads? Will this make them (google) think that I clicked my own ads or do they have some sort of “monitoring technology” of “proprietary nature” so that they will know that it’s not me doing that stuff? Can anyone answer this? Hm?…I am just curious…

I agree. I had more than $100 in my account and then “out of the blue” they disabled my account. They stated that there had been invalid clicks on my google ads. I wrote them and asked if they could explain, because I haven´t done anything wrong (I think).

The only answer I received was this:

“due to the proprietary nature of our algorithm, we cannot disclose any details about
how our monitoring technology works or what specifics we found on your
account.”

I don’t suppose they will accept stories about a lack of adsense revenue.
I’m sure there are more people who havn’t received a single check than people who have, and I’m one of them!
