I finally had my first conversion in the last week or so - but I suspect that many of those I've referred will never get to a level to see me earn the $100 within the 180 period. When they do get people, pay them a modest amount...like $1/download of the firefox bar. This way they won't feel bad for not getting a bonus if the referral falls a bit short of the $100.
