The part about the older the blog is the better is true. It has taken me over a year to write over 600 blog posts on my little blog but it is starting to pay off with daily visitors and RSS feeds. Not enough money to quit selling on eBay yet but I am hopeful.

I just started a blog a few weeks ago and things are going good, as far as content goes. I am a tech guy and the conversations I have throughout the day on the various things I learn about so I’m just posting up what I’ve learned or already know.

I started the blog as newbie to webdesign. I started with Flash, then to PHP, then to CSS, and now to wordpress. I enjoy concentrating on the content versus the look of the site.

I loved the article and I especially enjoyed all the links you included throughout. If you ever get a chance to check mine out and let me know what you think I would be greatly appreciative to you for your input.

I’ve used adsense but so far only making $1 a day. Used adwords for a while but was making less than I was spending so had to stop pronto!

i like this post, i try contextual links unfortunately bounce rate goes very up so i stop it, i do believe if you have good traffic you can earn good money(vary for every body)

I just started my blog 2 weeks ago.

I’m only getting about 100-150 page views a day but it shot up to a PR4 ranking already.

Just a fluke? I write about e-commerce and my experience as a start up company experiencing rapid growth and success on ebay and as we expand further into other marketplaces.

I’m the e-commerce director and have my hands on all operations of sales, operations flow and most importantly …manage our ebay listing strategy.

With alot of changes in the marketplace, somehow (i’ll contribute it to 12-14 hour days for the past 9 months) iv’e been able to succeed while other companies fell off the block and increase sales by about 6-8% per month doing 350K/month now.

I would be interested in making money from a blog one day, but have no idea if im even heading in the right direction.

I think its pretty cool, even if you only earn 5 dollars a month just writing about something you are pasionate about. Especially when you dont have to be some expert trained writer or journalist.

I wonder do blogs with spelying errors make more money than ones that are perfectly spell and grammar checked? Anyone know?
