I emailed AdSense team this afternoon,and got another confirmation reply.

Yes,the referral time limit IS NOW 180 days.

And they say this is for all the referrals,no matter Chinese,English or France.

@Joe and mark: As i wrote to Darren, i can’t see the change in my AdSense-Account, there is still the 90 days limit. On the help-pages they do not even mention any limit. So this is still very confusing.
But i got that mail yesterday, so i consider, they will change it. Hey, if i cannot trust an email from Google, who else shall i trust ;-)

Hey Darren,

As of 2/22/06 6:36 pm est U.S.

AdSense still has the requirements at 90 days for a referral.

Just thought you may like to know.
