The purpose of aggregation is to present information succinctly… presumably, if you are using an aggregator you do access some of the links that it presents to you… let the ads remain in those links (personally, I remove a feed if its link are saturated with ads… the worst are the ones that you have to click through to get to the article)

Of course, this is wishful thinking…

Why should you put ads in your RSS feeds? Does it help your traffic? I’m sorry, I’m new to all this. I can’t find an explanation in the site, but there probably is one considering you cover every topic under the sun about blogging.

Yep – check out this post Chris. That plugin did it. The number of visitors havn’t increased by that much (although they do go up) – it’s just now counting all my RSS visitors not just some.

Darren, a little off-topic, but I am fascinated to know how you achieved such a spectacular rise in your RSS subscription. Last time I noticed – which could have been several weeks – your feed was around 1500. It’s now 3900.

Was there any article or series that rocketed readership?

I would run ads in my RSS feeds if Google actually let me! Since I’m using Blogger to publish my blog, I could add Google RSS ads if my Adsense account was enabled to do so. Has anyone used the FeedBurner ads? How are they?

How many posts do you write per day? 1, 2, 3-4, 5-10, whatever I can
