I always make short post, not because I don’t have any idea to write, but I’m still learning English, so sometimes the problem is not about the idea, but what words should I use lol.

Some good tips. My main failing is making my posts too long.

It’s probably from writing articles that needed to always be between 800 and 1000 words for the newspapers! I think it’s easy to get used to one particular style.

Be controversial too, but be prepared for naysayers. Titles are super important but it’s had to pick between a throw away line which may attract hits (or not) like “Give Fear the Finger” and a sensible one like “Live the Life You Want.” which is so dull. In this instance I cheated and used both to create “Give Fear the Finger, and Live the Life You Want.”

I couldn’t agree with this more. Keyword placement without keyword loading is an art. All the keywords and keyword-phrases in the world won’t help if the post is bloated with them. If it’s annoying for you to read it will certainly be annoying to others.

I sometimes re-read my articles many, many times before posting them. It always amazes me that I find some more fat to be trimmed or spelling and grammer mistakes the fifth time through. :/

Great job posting this up Darren, Lyndon hit the nail on the head.

“Litter the post with Keywords”

I’d would have preferred he used “Pepper”.
