Yahoo! Currently Updating Index

It looks like Yahoo! are doing an Update at the moment. I tend not to get a lot of traffic from them but it’s always interesting to see what impact their updates have.

Yahoo invites your feedback on the update on their blog.

Thanks to Hagrin for the tip.

For some reason I get a lot more traffic from Yahoo and MSN then I do with Google.Especially on my content pages in our non blog type sites.adsense does alot better form their search results then from Google .

Well i hope i don’t get a drop from rankings. And i also get a lot of traffic from msn and yahoo from my other sites.

  3. Well crud. 80+ percent of my gadget blog traffic comes from Yahoo. I was just a hummin’ along in the #4 spot for a very competitive key word and now I’m bumped to #14. Still better than on the buried pages, but I’ve already seen the dip in traffic and ultimately revenue for today. Hopefully it will bump back up to page 1 in a few days like normal. Sure do wish Google would pick my up. Anybody got a magic wand…..

    Go Yahoo!

Number 6 with a bullet for a term I’ve been fighting to get somewhere decent for months :)
