Hi Dave, true of what you've said, most up-to-date trend at this very moment in internet or web technology, most of the webmaster are using blogs as their money-making tools, in terms of selling ads space, selling and recommending their own products or even trying to get more visitor(or as a customer that walk in to your shops. The Shops is actually your blog).

Hi Darren, good to have you back ;)
I personally think that the integration of ecommerce into blogs is going to be a key element in making money from blogs in the future. I believe that we will see a shake up in the ppc market , google is allready getting sued over ppc fraud, and althuogh i don't think the change will come about overnight i do think its important to develop alternative revenue streams .

Why stop at e-books? It's actually very cheap to produce short-run *real* books to sell through Amazon and regular bookstores. I'm not talking about expensive "vanity" publishers, but about self-publishing using the same distribution they do. You're looking at about $100 to set up each title, plus three or four bucks a book (which are printed as they're needed by the manufacturer). There's a great and honest book/e-book on the topic: Print-On-Demand Book Publishing, ISBN 0-9723801-3-2

My first "real" book related to my blog topic will be released in a few days and is a natural extension of what I was doing anyway, which I think is the ke -- love what you're writing about and it's easy to produce an e-book or real physical book.

I have a friend who wrote a ebook and took his own pictures on how to build a computer. He started it a few years ago and I am amazed on how well he is doing. He sells the e-book for 25.00 and has saved up enough money to buy a house.By the way he is still young and in college.Really cool to see him be successful at a idea he came up with while in school.
