When they added tags they did it 50/50, so perhaps its the same deal.

LOL, this is going to be really interesting to watch…. Amanie, you should be hiring the best trademark lawyers you can before it’s too late.

Looks like you don’t have “productwiki” as a registered trademark, actually nobody does after I checked with the US Trademark office.

It’s cool that you’re digging deeper into this phenomenon. We’ve been working on ProductWiki for a year now. It’s an interesting coincidence that Amazon has released their “ProductWiki” feature this week.

It will be interesting to see if the term ProductWiki is trademarked as per the indication at the .com site because then Amazon might have to change their references to their wiki or pay Amanie Ismail a healthy fee to licence the term.
