So we could have the very same links in normal answers on the left and in commercial links on the right? What a mix, I thought Google didn’t do and didn’t want to do that.

Tom, I thought the same thing and blogged about that on my blog yesterday! I thought that when I heard Steve Gilmore and his crew on Attention Tech talk about Google Base a week or so ago.

Indeed, this seems like a killer idea. Google ‘funnels’ the majority of the traffic on the Internet, and this is a great way to recycle it’s traffic and power.
If this is really going to be implemented across the board, I wonder what will happen with eBay’s ads which currently populate almost every search…
