I have a ClickBank store, and I read with interest the comments on their products. I’ll be looking into winnowing out some of the “nasty” products, but I generally leave it on autopilot. Personally, I have bought more than a few products over the years that came from Clickbank or similar sites.

Thanks for the review. Just started with ClickBank, and it seems a bit cumbersome to scroll through dozens of products, trying to find relevant products to suit one of my sites. Because their are no images, I had to spend time to create them to embed with their links.

This is in contrast with Amazon, which has a minefield of images, and advertising avenues (widgets, slide shows, carousels, etc), with direct easy setup, to easily display more than one product. Though the abundance of e-books for easy download at ClickBank, might attract visitors to purchase…

Click Bank is the product most internet gurus make money with. It has lakhs of affiliates but because of lack of knowledge in how to promote the clickbank products and seeing no results even after a lot of efforts results in many giving up soon. Patience is an essential quality any CB affiliate should develop.

Thanks a lot for all the great info! I really learned a lot, but…….

All affiliate programs are like women (to me). I don’t like ALL women. I cannot love them all. I choose the one that I love and want to stick with for the rest of my life, but it gives me NO RIGHT to say that another man’s woman is NO GOOD.

If my woman don’t satisfy me, I must divorce and find I new one. It was not the woman’s fault, but MINE. I am the one who chose her in the first place. Just my two cents :)

Clickbank is very easy to use. I tried some of the product and I have no regrets. Clickbank is also a great way of making money. This is cool.

One concern I have when promoting affiliate products through clickbank is that people can change the affiliate code so they purchase the product through their own link. One way to encourage people to buy through your link is to create a bonus product that complements the affiliate product. You might find an area where the product is lacking and you could develop a bonus product that fills the gap.

The main problem with Clickbank products is that they do have high refund rates. So the sale cannot be treated as standard till its refund period.

Great clickbank tips. I’ve been doing article marketing for a bit and have made close to a thousand dollars. I wrote a list of tips here for BUM marketers of the major do’s and dont’s that i picked up after reading many many aritcles – both good and bad ones.

yes, refunds are a big problem. I’m trying to target many different niches to reduce the number of refunds and it works. Found out to stay away from niches suchs as forex, stocks and working from home. Niches such as fitness has less refunds.
