I believe that like any business you should have a business plan in place before you start your blog. The strategic plan is great! But also don’t forget to evaluate your business plans on an ongoing basis to make sure you are on track.

But as with any business you start. Be open to change and always be on the lookout for new ways to increase readership traffic. More traffic = more revenue.

The strategic plan is one of the most important. Iv had many clients who fail to develope one soon enough and then things change and they are left in the dust. This should be avoided at all times! Remeber you can allways have better results, so why not try for them and figure out how to get them?
