I don’t think the rules of business are changing fast enough to match technological change. I don’t think business rules can keep up. Once you get used to a new technology something different comes along.

Business or not, o me it looks like a straight-up case of infringement on the Free-Speech rights guaranteed by the First Amendment. But that’s just me…
