Introducing My Guest Bloggers
I would like to pause for a moment and acknowledge some people who have gone out of their way to make it possible for me to have a restful holiday.
The following 27 (so far) bloggers responded to my call for guest bloggers on many of my blogs. None of these people owe me anything - all are giving their time freely. All I promised them was a link back from each post they write to their own blog. Some are even blogging on up to 3 of my blogs!
Between this group of people are some names that many regular readers of ProBlogger will know - most are daily readers here and active participants in comments sections. Among them are some fine bloggers in their own right who I’m honored to have writing on my blogs for the next 4 or so weeks.
I’d like to encourage you all to visit some of these bloggers blogs as a little thank you for their work. In doing so they are enabling me to have a real break from blogging which will help make ProBlogger better when I return. All of my blogs now have guest authors - there are only three positions left (see bottom of this post if you want to be on this list).
To the bloggers listed below - I’ve already thanked you each - but want to publicly acknowledge the time and effort you’re putting in to lend me a hand. I’m humbled by your response and can’t wait to get home early in July to see what you’ve written!
nb: this list does not include those guest blogging here at ProBlogger.net - I’m still waiting on a couple of bloggers to get registered and will publish this list in the next few days.

i have some yardwork, dishes, laundry that need to be done. any volunteers to help out a overworked, underpaid poor lad?
i also would like babysitter for my son, the cutest 3 year old you will ever see - and this has been verified by the cuteness committee of california, 4 hours per day mon-fri, unpaid, so as i may lay out by the pool and drink icetea in peace and quiet, um I mean meditate.
lastly, volunteers needed to wash and vacuum my cars everyweek.
remember, a job well done is all the satisfaction/bliss you will ever really need…..

I’m looking forward to being part of this. I just did a test post to the UAV blog and updated my profile. Now I’m working my way down the list of of other guests and subscribing to a few of the RSS feeds.
Darren, I’m afraid you got the link wrong in the list, it’s http://www.spinneyhead.co.uk.

Darren, enjoy your vacation. I’m looking forward to helping out. I’ve looked at all the other guest bloggers blogs, and I am really impressed. Like Ian, I will be jumping on a few of the RSS feeds. I may set up an IRC channel and idle on it in case anyone needs help, or would just like to hang out and bs. Let me know which server you folks would prefer, if anyone is interested?

Hey, thanks again for the trust that goes into this. I am excited about writing for the Laptop Blog, and will do my best. For those that are interested, I have already been lucky enough to begin publishing the latest in Laptop news, and the site is doing great. No one seems to mind that it is not Darren posting the information…so it is all good so far.
Thanks again! :D

By the way, we Canadian ProBlogger Readers/Writers should get together sometime online and maybe talk about a Canadian Blog alliance or something.

thanks for your warm words of encouragement.
Ian - apologies for the wrong URL - I knew I’d mess at least one up - it should be fixed now.
If you guys do set up a Canadian alliance - let me know - I’ll plug it like crazy. Perhaps you need a speaker to come out and rev you up for your opening gathering??? :-)

I think this is a great thing, I’d love to add my 2 cents to some of Darren’s blogs, especially with my background in photography.
I love the idea of meeting new people through blogging and sharing different ideas.
This stuff is seriously mind blowing when you think about it. For those who never considered being writers or even writing much, blogging has been a great way for me to get more into writing and testing my mettle.
I’m a photographer by training and finding a pro level writing gig would be insane, but blogging is a nice medium to get started.

Dimitri, you’re doing a great job at the Personal Finance blog…you should have your own site…if you would like to and need some help [technical or otherwise, I'd be happy to lend a hand - or a some web space].
