Running a network is like running any type of business in that we have to provide them with a service that they can't get anywhere else. The risk is that they leave, but the reward is that they stay and make everything much better for us and themselves. The risk of course is that they could all walk away and set up an alternative network, so its a balancing act, but the quality of the blogs is very impressive and they are definately doing a good job.
