The word on the street from those who watch such things is that Google are currently doing a Page Rank update. These things tend to take a day or two to sort themselves out but there are a few tools that can help you work out what your page rank might end up at. Here is one such tool from SEO Chat.

If this is an accurate measure I’m pretty happy because it indicates that ProBlogger.net has finally been given a page rank and goes from a PR of 0 to a PR of 6.
Update: There are a few discrepancies using this tool by the looks of things. You might also like to check your page rank using Page Rank Check or Data Centre Check.

I don’t go for PR/……………………
before google update the page rank is 2, but now it is zero.
I don’t know what’s the problem?
Hello Darren, I was quite stunned to see that not only did I go from PR2 to PR3 that the other pages in my site, even those connected by sub folders received some PR as well. It seems to have done me a good turn.

does not appear that the update is very stable for me…In an hour I went from 0 to 5 and back to 0….
is there any way to know that google is updating the page rank

http://www.gandacious.com has still PR 2 and http://www.busynessworld.com has PR 1.

You find some really great stuff.
Certainly seems to work accurately now. Both my corporate site and my Blospot blog have PR and it shows them she same as does the Google tool bar. About time Google started releasing a little rank here and there, IMHO

Yes, I also cannot get the tool to work. Some other tools say I grabbed a PR 5, some say PR1. I was previously PR0 so I don’t know what I really am :( If anyone has a better idea, please email me if you have time. Email can be found on website if it doesn’t publish in this comment, which I don’t think it does.

I actually find that changees in SERPs are not attached at all with PR updates – instead the shifts seem to come when they update backlinks.
