MSN and Yahoo both provide feeds for search results. For subjects I'm interested in I have google alerts setup for google news, and I have search results feed in bloglines for MSN and Yahoo. You get quite a few duplicates between the three, but otherwise it works great! It would be nice to have a feed for google instead of the alerts though.
