Google Withholding Taxes from AdSense Checks
Reports are surfacing that in the latest payment period of Adsense that Google are withholding tax from US publishers.

Not for me… Got my check today. In an umarked envelope from a P.O. box. Google was nowhere on it, and it was large, not check sized. Guess they had some theft problems!

Yep, got the new style check from Buffalo, NY as mentioned on JenSense and WebmasterWorld. I thought it was a CC offering me more convenience checks… luckily I open all my junk mail. (toss the plastic, recycle the paper!)

Thank you very much for all your tips! I am new to Adsense and am wondering if income earned through Adsense needs to be declared in tax return (not much just a few hundred bucks every few months)? I’m in NSW. Thanks.
