Having Northern Voice just weeks before this great IIMA event was amazing, especially contrasting the different experiences of both listening to speakers and speaking myself. I think you should really put together either an event such as this one, or one like Northern Voice, which was a very thorough event and a great networking opportunity. That one had a huge assortment of speakers and topics and broke down from speaker to panel groups and had ample time to chat over coffee, dinner, or drinks. Cheers!
