Darren,

You are completely correct. PBA is certainly too heavy with North American bloggers, right now. And Hans Henrik keeps this high on our agenda.

I can't speak for the invitation process, but I know that I am looking forward to you being part of the organization.

Blogging is global in scope. All of us on the PBA agree on that.

On your question on the definition of a professional blogger...we're going to probably keep it very simple. But I would be speaking out of turn if I said what the prevailing wisdom is (publically).

Thank you for your comments!

thanks for the response Tris, again I'm not wanting to cause a stir with this but just make sure the global thing is on the agenda. I'm also not writing this to weasel myself into the founding team - I wouldn't want to be the token Aussie! :-)

I actually think the qualifications and profile of those on the team are great and think that this is what the selection criteria should have been (and obviously were). Good stuff.

Hi Darren

You’re right – the blogosphere is borderless. We all agree on that. And as Tris already said it’s high on our agenda.

The founding phase is – as it is when you establish a company – a critical one. All on the team are very open minded and I feel quite confident when saying that every possible aspect will be taken into consideration. Your thoughts are much appreciated.

Can I skype you? – I would love to have a talk with you about your thoughts on PBA :-)

Best regards
Hans Henrik

Just face it Darren, you are just being childish and having a bit of a tantrum because they didn't ask you to join there petty little club and can't face the fact that while you all yourself a Professional Blogger that in fact you are not recognized by any others as being one.

If you were one they would have invited you to join up when you offered. Take the hint pal and get on with your little meaningless projects which in my opinion are a waste of bandwidth, or better still, get a real job and stop inflicting your spin on the rest of us.
