This might make the real advertisers more common place and help the bottom line. (And then there is this idea: Google isn't going to f-up its profits... So I think it will be a good thing.) I doubt it will have much impact. There might be an initial bump (either up or down) on some keywords but I suspect on most it won't alter things too much.
