		<description>We saw a similar thing in the real estate industry a year or so ago when a &quot;lead generation&quot; company went so far as to use the names of well known local Realtors in Google ads for geographical keywords.  They would then try to sell the leads for $30-50/each, sometimes to competitors and sometimes to the very people whose names they had stolen.  At least these advertisers aren&#039;t claiming to be Steve Rubel, et al. (So far anyway....) Bottom line - big name bloggers may want to think about trademark protection.
