They would then try to sell the leads for $30-50/each, sometimes to competitors and sometimes to the very people whose names they had stolen. At least these advertisers aren't claiming to be Steve Rubel, et al. (So far anyway....) Bottom line - big name bloggers may want to think about trademark protection.
