I have a question about the individual blog post addresses you are mentioning here.
When I first opened my site http://www.tempsurgeon.com/ I used the individual name posts for URLs like you have it.
Then I read somewhere that it is actually counterproductive when working with search engines. I didn't think so but still changed it back to ?p=17 format and now am wondering that since I am now in search engines pointing to separate posts, if I change my URL structure to how you have it or how I used to have it set up, will this cause problems for marketing, keywords, links, SE results, and also analytics.
I think I would much rather have the structure that you have but am not sure if this is going to hurt me in the long run.

Thank you,
Vitaliy Dadalyan

In response to Roger's question (albeit a long time back): Yes it matters if they are hyphenated or run together. Hyphenated is the way to go. Search engines can't interpret this keywordsinaurl at all, but this keywords-in-a-url they know and love. Just thought I'd post that tip.

Does it matter if the words are hyphenated or run together, i.e problogger vs. pro-blogger?
